Jordan Doyle

RDFNL General Manager

Jordan will be responsible for the governance, finance, commercial relationships as well as Competition Management. Jordan is a sports administration professional with, in excess of 7 years’ experience at AFL Victoria and AFL Goldfields.

Jordan also has a double degree in which he obtained a  Bachelor of Sport & Recreation Management / Business (Marketing) and also has a Masters’ Degree with a Master of Business Administration. 

Aaron McLean

Football Operations Coordinator

Aaron has been the RDFNL Administration Officer since. Aaron has a wonderful understanding of the RDFNL being a local resident and growing up in the area.

Aaron has obtained a Bachelor of Physical Education & Sport Science as well as a Diploma of Sport & Recreation and Certificate III in Financial Services. Aaron will take on some extra responsibility in his new role which will encompass the Management of the Female Football Competitions as well as increased responsibilities with
the RDFNL Senior & Junior Competitions.

Grace Bibby

Netball / Media Coordinator

Grace is a familiar name within the League and will be joining the League as a consultant through her business GB Social Media Consultancy. Grace was employed by AFL Goldfields from
2016-2020 and in that time filled the positions of Netball Manager and Media Manager.

Grace will be the Netball & Media Operations Coordinator and will be responsible for the operations of the Senior & Junior Netball Competitions as well as the media coverage of the League. Grace studied Journalism at Deakin University, before working as a sports journalist and studying for a Diploma of Social Media Marketing.

Tara Nolan

RDFNL Administration and Club Support Coordinator

Tara joins the league in a newly created role designed to assist RDFNL Clubs throughout the season. 

Tara has worked for over 15 years in various customer service and administration roles in a range of different industries– Sports and recreation, building and construction, health, education and community services.

Tara will be responsible for delivering administration support at League level to the football and netball competitions as well as assisting all 24 member Clubs of the RDFNL with ongoing administration and club support.
