Covering an area of over 1700 km2 from Sunbury to beyond the borders of Macedon Ranges Shire our 211 staff and 60 volunteers are based across three sites at Kyneton, Romsey and Sunbury. Our offices are located on the country of the Dja Dja Wurrung, Taungurung and Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung peoples. Rainbow Tick accredited
We are proudly a Rainbow Tick accredited organisation. The Rainbow Tick is a quality framework that helps health and human services organisations show that they are safe, inclusive and affirming services and employers for the LGBTIQ community.
Registered NDIS provider
Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health is a registered provider of services and support to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants of all ages. For details of our services, click here.

With the formation of the new organisation, all the Sunbury Community Health Life Governors along with the Cobaw Community Health Life Members were welcomed as Life Governors of Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health. Community Reference Group
Our Community Reference Group helps guide the work of the organisation. Meeting four times a year, the group gives feedback on our services and provides a local community perspective to the Board and senior staff.
